Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability These terms apply to every purchase of the online program "The Clarity Code" for the amount of €297 per participant and 'The Clarity Code Mini Guide' for the amount of €27 per file.

2. Payment and Access

Access to the program is granted only after the full payment of €297 has been processed.
Access is strictly personal. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without the right to a refund.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

Digital Content: As "The Clarity Code" is a digital product where delivery begins immediately after purchase, the buyer expressly agrees to waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period).
No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the online platform has been provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Results: The content of this program is for educational purposes only. The organizer is not responsible for the participant's specific results. Success depends on individual effort and external factors.
Damages: The organizer is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or technical failures of third parties (such as hosting providers).
Maximum Liability: In all cases, the total liability is limited to the amount of €297 paid by the participant.

5. Intellectual Property All rights to the materials, videos, and texts belong to the creator. Participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any material.
