My Story

I’m a well-being entrepreneur, speaker, Pilates teacher and Integrative Nutrition Coach specialized in Hormonal Health. Oh, I’m also a self-proclaimed healthy chef and obsessed with optimizing my personal health and self-care. It might sound a bit selfish, but it is actually essential to put yourself first in order to show up for life’s surprises and the people around you.

Embracing Wellness

I’ve always been inspired by the best feeling in the world: feeling well and healthy. There have been times in my life where that was not the case. I’ve gone through patches of my life where I was less focused on my health (hello bloating), I’ve gone through phases where I’ve been on every single fad diet, I’ve gone through phases of my life where I suffered from severe insomnia and I’ve gone through phases of my life where I feel energized every single day and nothing is going to stop me.

What I’m saying is: we’re always on a journey, I haven’t reached perfection and I don’t expect to ever reach that because we’re always students. But there is one thing I’m certain about: I am inspired to help others to feel well and healthy. I want to share the knowledge, experience and tools to improve our well-being with workplaces, the women I coach and beyond. 

Vision

It all starts with you. The most important thing in the world is honoring your personal health. If you prioritize your own health, take care of your body, your mind, and your spirit, you are able to show up energized. Not only for yourself, also for the people around you and the challenges that might come your way. I believe that everyone deserves it to treat their body and mind with love, not punishment, to create a life you can’t wait to wake up to.
