Before founding Recover, I obtained a master's degree in Media and Business and I worked in corporate environments and trained well-known organizations with exposure to the media, and now I help companies to bridge the gap between wellness and productivity​.

My talks link science to daily life, helping people understand how the body works and how food can become a tool for better focus, energy, and balance. I help teams translate complex topics like gut health, hormonal balance, and stress management into simple tools that energy at work.

Everything starts in the gut. From energy levels to mood and concentration, the gut–brain connection plays a key role in how we show up every day: at work and at home. In this talk, I share insights on how to use food to boost productivity, strengthen immunity, and support mental well-being.
Understanding Hormonal Health
Hormones influence everything from sleep and energy to confidence and creativity, yet most of us were never taught how they work. In this keynote, I explain how nutrition, stress, and lifestyle impact hormonal balance, through science and personal experience, and give practical tools to help (high achieving) women feel more in tune with their bodies.
